Are your children’s products safety tested?

Yes. Our children’s products are third-party tested to meet applicable U.S. CPSC and CPSIA safety requirements. Testing may include lead, phthalates, flammability, mechanical safety, and other applicable standards depending on the product.

Are you a U.S. based brand?

Yes. Orelle is proudly U.S.-based, where we dream up thoughtful, playful designs made to bring a little more beauty and joy to everyday life.

What is your order processing time?

In-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once your order is on its way, we’ll send tracking straight to your inbox.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We’re happy to send Orelle around the world. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes! We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items, as long as they are returned in mint, unused condition with all original packaging intact and undamaged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping within the U.S. on orders over $100. International shipping rates are calculated separately at checkout and are not eligible for free shipping.
